Kim is a true professional in every respect. She is kind and connected to the dogs and their fur parents. I hesitate to trust many people to leave my Willow with for grooming, but I don't worry about having her with Kim. Both my dogs, Jinxy and Willow, come out smelling fresh, looking sparkly, and looking relaxed. I love Kim's manner of communication and her true care for my precious pups.
